One of the key components of our sessions! Becoming stronger through purposeful exercises for upper- and lower body.

Using professional equipment  like  Olympic squat racks, dumbbells and your own body weight.

 

power-output

P-O is all about combining speed and strength to build up maximum burst energy! For example, pushing a loaded power sled, explosive box jumps or  running speed lanes at maximum effort.  

 

endurance

Simply said, endurance is the ability to exert a high level of physical effort for an extended period of time. We build cardiovascular endurance & muscular endurance with power bikes, sprint work, rowing, high rep. strength exercises in challenging combinations.

MOVE. WILL IMPROVE YOUR MAIN SPORT PERFORMANCE

USE THE MOVE. SESSIONS TO BECOME BETTER IN YOUR MAIN SPORTS ACTIVITIES LIKE , SOCCER, TENNIS, ATHLETICS, RUNNING, CRICKET ETC. ETC.

During each training session your heart rate is monitored and displayed live! We train with purpose in both aerobic and anaerobic zones for maximum results.

Having live heart rate data in sight for you and your coach ensures the right balance between effort and intelligence and allows us to push the limits in a safe and controlled environment.

It was tough at the beginning, but the coaches know how to skilfully help you over the next obstacle (yourself, the crossbox or the hurdles). i’m getting stronger and leaner every day. I never thought i would say, but i love to workout now!
